The fourth in-person interregional meeting of the CHARME project will take place in Poitiers (France) from 2 to 4 December 2025, hosted by the Grand Poitiers Urban Community.

Representatives from the 6 European partner organizations, along with their stakeholders and the advisory partner, will carry on their joint learning process through an engaging programme of activities, including:

• Study visits to selected good practices projects, such as: 3D Poitiers Evolution,  the Palais, the use of IIIF for sharing images and Adno for digital storytelling at the Museum of Poitiers, the digitisation activities of the Poitiers Library;
• a thematic workshop exploring the potential of digital technologies to make cultural heritage more accessible;
• a workshop on policy instruments identified by the partners, focusing on the improvements expected through the project’s implementation;
• a workshop continuing the definition of the common guidelines for the innovative inclusion of digitisation methodologies into policy instruments;
• as well as the discovery of the city’s rich cultural heritage.

The CHARME project explores how digital technologies can serve cultural heritage, fostering both inclusion and innovation.
